2 T soy/tamari sauce
2 T water
1/2 t rice wine vinegar
dash of sweetener – honey, sugar, agave…
couple drops of sesame oil
dash of ginger powder (or fresh grated)
lots of arugula
– homemade citrus vinaigrette
Delicious!! and I shared it with my sweetie.
It was enough food for me to last the night, since I didn’t do anything very active, but he ended up raiding the fridge later in the night.
Plant-based meals on a little blue plate. Simple enough to recreate.
